On March 17th we left our house in Koforidua for the last time. I meant to take a photo of the sign that still was on our wall. ("Final warning. Remove by March 8, 2008.) They didn't tear it down while we were there.We drove to Accra to get ready to catch our plane the next morning.
We said good-bye to Elder and Sister Bingham who serve as the public affairs couple for the area office.
Then we said good-bye to the Woodwards who serve as the welfare couple in West Africa. (They have since come home since she had the same problem as Elder Max had in Dec. 2007.)
We met the mission president from Cape Coast, his wife and daughter along with Elder and Sister Stubbs. He is the church doctor for West Africa.
Then we flew home to THIS!
Cold, snow, wind! I'm wishing for the warmth of Ghana.
But we know spring will eventually come. We are enjoying many aspects of being home, especially the opportunity to be with family.
We still need to be able to see Dave, Dahnelle and their family, but that will come in May. Here is Kameron being king of the rock.
This sign was across our house when we arrived home. We saved it so we could take a photo when the weather was better. Here are some of the grandchildren at our Easter get-together. 
Thanks to all who were so supportive to us. Serving a mission was a wonderful experience. We loved the people, increased our testimonies, enjoyed the beauty of the country and laughed more than we have in many years.
